If you can breathe and move your body, you can do yoga!

 

Why yoga?

So why would you want to do yoga? – because it makes you feel good! 

  • there are the obvious benefits of physical exercise, working the muscles and building strength and stamina
  • learning to breathe properly and use the lungs fully is also hugely beneficial 
  • yoga helps reduce stiffness – you don’t need to be flexible to start yoga
  • doing yoga calms the mind, eases tension and help us deal better with stress

The question really should be - why on earth wouldn’t you want to do yoga?
