Why yoga?
So why would you want to do yoga? – because it makes you feel good!
- there are the obvious benefits of physical exercise, working the muscles and building strength and stamina
- learning to breathe properly and use the lungs fully is also hugely beneficial
- yoga helps reduce stiffness – you don’t need to be flexible to start yoga
- doing yoga calms the mind, eases tension and help us deal better with stress
The question really should be - why on earth wouldn’t you want to do yoga?
